Sourdough granola

Start your day with some sourdough granola for brekky (or eat it all as a snack the night before!!).

The granola is made up of a selection from the below ingredients.  It’s crunchy, nutty, a little sweet, a little sour, full of clusters and most importantly, YUMMY!!

This yummy recipe also allows me to use my excess sourdough starter that I have all the time so there is nothing wasted !

Ingredients contain:

Sourdough starter, avocado/coconut/olive oil), maple syrup or honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, rolled oats, puffed quinoa, choc bits, coconut chips, Maldon sea salt, cinnamon

Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed, sesame, chia

Nuts: Almond slivers, macadamia nuts

Dried fruit: blueberries, cranberries, apricots, goji berries

Sourdough granola comes in a large bag (500g) or in a smaller size (250g).  Each pack will have a food-grade oxygen absorber in it to extend shelf-life.
