Each roll combines the tangy depth of sourdough with the tender, buttery crumb of traditional brioche. Perfect for morning tea, dessert or just a treat anytime of the day when you feel you deserve it!!

Top tip: Microwave for 20-30 seconds on high to get that "just baked" warmth

Flavours to choose from

1. Classic cinnamon - Oozing with the sweetness of cinnamon, butter, brown sugar and lots of cream cheese icing and topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
2. Raspberry & white chocolate - Soft, pillowy yeasted dough is layered with a sweet homemade raspberry compote and chopped white Milky bar chocolate (the best). As they bake, the white chocolate melts into the fluffy dough while the raspberries create gooey, vibrant pockets throughout the swirl.
3. Biscoff cinnamon - Oozing with the sweetness of cinnamon & brown sugar, and everyones favourite, Biscoff!!  Topped with biscoff infused cream cheese icing then drizzled spread and biscoff crumbs and half a bikkie!  
4. Pumpkin/maple/pecan - Indulge in the ultimate autumn treat the newest addition to rolls.  Soft, pillowy pumpkin-infused dough is wrapped around a rich cinnamon-nutmeg sugar filling packed with buttery, toasted pecans. Finished with a lush, velvety maple cream cheese glaze that melts into every warm swirl, these rolls deliver the perfect balance of cozy spice, crunch, and sweetness in every bite.
5. Apple & cinnamon - Soft, pillow-soft dough is layered with a rich cinnamon-sugar filling and studded with homemade tender, spiced sauteed apples. As they bake, the fruit juices meld into the sugar and butter, creating a sticky, gooey, caramelized bottom and pockets of warm apple throughout every swirl
6. Lemon & blueberry - Vibrant homemade lemon-curd juicy fresh & dried blueberries. As they bake, the berries burst into gooey pockets of fruit, while the lemon sugar caramelizes into every swirl.  Topped with lemon-infused cream cheese icing and blueberries.
