Old-fashioned sourdough pancake mix

Light fluffy sourdough pancakes!!  Quick and easy to prepare, great for busy mornings or weekend brunch!!  They keep in the pantry for approx 6-months so perfect to have on-hand whenever!!

To make the pancakes combine the dry mix with

• 1 3/4 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract

Leave to sit for a few minutes or put in the fridge ready to make later!

This bag makes approx 6-8 pancakes depending on the size.
