Spiced ginger bread

QUICKLY BECOMING #1 sweet-flavoured bread!!

This is a combination of warm spices; ginger, cinnamon and molasses.  It is a ginger BREAD, not a ginger loaf.  

Its absolutely delicious with just butter on it, or honey butter, with your afternoon tea/coffee, but you could go one step further and toast it and add cream cheese and jam!  Could even leave it for a couple of days, break it up and make it a bread and butter pudding!!

Ingredients: Sourdough starter, water, molasses, brown sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, wholewheat flour, salt
