CREAD

This is a cross between croissant and bread and is just amazing!

Loaded with delicious butter which makes the crust and bread sooo rich, soft and delicious, it should be illegal!  It will be in tin loaf form.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sourdough starter, water, Kosher salt, unsalted butter
