Ciabatta

This soft and open crumb with the chewy rough crust of ciabatta is one of my top 3.

The crust can hold the juicy tomatoes of bruschetta or dripping BBQ sauce from pulled pork.  Perfect for breaky with eggs bene, lunchtime sandwich, dinnertime BLT or soups and casseroles!

The tender and open crumb can hold massive amounts of olive oil, butter, Ciabatta also makes an excellent garlic bread!!

Each one weighs approx 300-400g
